No one looks forward to a hospital stay, but at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, we work hard to make sure your visit is as pleasant as possible. Here's a few things you should know about your room and our hospital in general that can help make your time with us restful and healing.
Western Arizona Regional Medical Center offers both private and semi-private rooms based on medical needs and room availability.
Your Bed: Western Arizona Regional Medical Center features adjustable beds with side rails and bed controls. The nursing staff will walk you through how to properly adjust your bed. Please ask for assistance in lowering the bed rails or before attempting to get out of bed on your own.
Fire Safety: Western Arizona Regional Medical Center performs fire drills on a regular basis. Please do not be alarmed and remain in your room unless directed to leave by identified hospital staff.
Smoking: Western Arizona Regional Medical Center is a tobacco-free campus. Smoking is only permitted at least 120 feet away from the hospital.
Meals: In-room meal service will be provided daily and menus will vary based on diet needs. A nutrition staff member will discuss your meal plan with you once you are settled in your room.
