Joint Camp
Those attending Joint Camp at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center will have the opportunity to learn one-on-one what to expect from a joint replacement procedure. The joint replacement coordinator at WARMC provides step-by-step information about patients’ upcoming surgery, from how to prepare to how to recover.
The coordinator will introduce potential patients to the nursing, surgery, recovery and physical therapy teams, so patients can feel comfortable about their procedures.
Once you are home, the coordinator will follow you through your recovery, making sure you have what you need at each step of the way, and that all of your questions and worries continue to be answered.
For information, call the joint replacement coordinator at (928) 763-2273, extension 1970.
